Eligibility for Returns:

You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition:

    • Unused/Unworn

    • With original tags and packaging intact
       

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required for all returns.
     

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Personalized items

    • Custom orders

    • Final sale items

    • Digital downloads

    • Perishable goods

    • Hygiene products

    • Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
       

  3. Packaging and Shipping:

    • Securely package the item in its original packaging (if possible).

    • We will provide a return label via email.
       

  4. Inspection and Processing:

    • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected.

    • If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
       

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
     

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
